Convenient location to restaurants and bars. Clean, nice facility.
We requested to use the shuttle during our stay, but we always got an excuse as to why the shuttle could be used etc..

It's a pleasant hotel with friendly staff. The 2 bars in the lobby both have a nice atmosphere. Good amount of room space that was clean.

Restaurants were great as was the location in regards to the reason we were there.
Firealarms forcing evacuation both nights we stayed with no fire.

The hotel had a good location in regards to WV University. Plenty of parking was available. They had a great breakfast bar that was very reasonably priced. Nice fitness center, pool and hot tub. Very accommodating as our air conditioner was not working when we arrived to our room. A new upgraded room was given. ...read more

The accommodations were fabulous.
Having to pay for parking.

I was very pleased, the staff was helpful, the accommodations were grand and the food was good, we had only breakfast. The dining service was great.
